1. Hampta Pass Trek

A picture perfect trek amidst the canvas of Lush green meadows and forests, vivid landscapes, an epic journey through a pretty maple forest leading to an intersection of two valleys and soon you are in a touching distance of the snow line. Trek in the Himalayas and forget about all of your worries.

This trek offers you a confluence of the Landscapes. Hampta Pass Trek takes you through the lush green valleys of Kullu to the barren desert of Lahaul. The special attraction for the trekkers happens to be the Chandratal Lake. A crystal clear blue lake with rugged grey landscapes provides the trekkers with stunning contrast.

Road map to the Hampta Pass :

Day 1: Jobra to Jwara (4-5 hrs. Trek)

Drive from Manali to Jobra which the starting point of the Trek. Jobra is at an altitude of 9, 800 ft. Trek amidst the maple, pine, deodar, oak forests which is indeed stunningly beautiful. Soon the Rani nallah will accompany the trekkers amidst a lush green meadows. You will find sheep and cows grazing. You will reach Jwara which is the camp site. Night stay at Jwara.

Day 2: Jwara to Balu ka Ghera (4-5 hrs. Trek)

Amidst rugged terrain the trekkers proceed to Balu ka Ghera. Soon Dhauladhar snow clad peaks will be visible. Pause here and don’t forget to capture the moment. It’s spectacular here. After crossing waterfalls, streams, rocks you will reach Balu Ka Ghera (Bed of Sand) which is at an altitude of 11,900 ft. Camp here for the night.

Day 3: Balu ka Gera to Shea Goru via Hampta Pass (9 hrs. Trek)

A steep accent to the Hampta Pass and then there will be a decent to Shea Goru. The trail is awesome with myriads of flowers. After a few climbs the Deo Tibet Peak will be right infront of you. Starting ascent again, you’ll reach Hampta Pass after crossing two little bends from where the descent into the Spiti valley will start. Enjoy the stunning sight that will unfold for you at the Hampta Pass. Night stay at Shea Goru Camp.

Day 4: Shea Goru to Chhatru (4-5 hrs. Trek) and head to CHANDRATAL (3 hrs. Journey via cab)

If weather is decent you can witness the moon Lake also known as the Chandratal Lake which is sheer beautiful. The sheer blue color of the lake has an amazing effect to the surroundings.

Day 5: Chandratal to Manali (5-6 hrs. Journey)

2. Beas Kund Trek

Beas Kund is a picturesque trek amidst the lush green meadows and forests of Solang Valley to a high altitude alpine lake that emerges out of the woods. The crystal blue lake of Beas Kund is believed to be the spot where the Rishi Vyas, the author of Mahabharata took his daily bath! ,You'll be mesmerized by the landscapes that you'll explore while trekking on the Beas Kund Trail.

Road map to the Beas Kund Trek:

Day 1: Solang valley to Bakar Thach via Dhundhi village

Drive from Manali to solang valley amidst the picturesque roads of manali. From solang valley trek to the last village of solan valley (Dhundhi village).

This is a 8 km trek on the level ground along the right bank of Beas. Enroute we’ll get to see Indrasan and Deo Tibba peaks. Hike for another few hours to the Bakar Thach , the meadow to camp for the night.

Day 2: Trek from Bakar Thach to Beas Kund and back (6 Km trek)

The trail is amidst some rugged terrain of rocks and boulders. After 2-3 hours of trek reach a ridge which offers a breath taking sight of the Beas Kund valley. After a descent and crossing waterfalls and streams you will reach the rightmost waterfall which leads to the Lake, Beas Kund, a small,alpine lake with blue water. It is also the base camp for summit peaks like Friendship and Shitidhar Peak.

3.Bhrigu Lake Trek – the Magical Meadows

Bhrigu Lake trek offers mesmerizing views of lush green meadows along with breath taking views of the seven sister peaks or the Deo Tibba Peak. The trek offers a scenic beauty of the alpine forests and trekking a glacial Lake is always fascination. Situated at an altitude of 14,000 ft this Bhirigu Lake is believed to be very spiritual and sacred since the localities believe that sage Bhirig performed rituals here. A mystic touch and grandeur of Himalayan ranges makes this trek a very attractive for beginners.

Road map to the Bhrigu Lake Trek:

Day1: Arrive at Manali and head to Gulaba (starting point) and trek to Rola Kholi.

Day2: Rola Kholi to Bhrigu Lake to Pandu Ropa (14 Km / 7-8 hrs. trek)

Start early, start fresh for the Bhrigu Lake. The Lake is surrounded by snow or a few alpine flowers depending upon the season. On a clear day, you can catch a stunning panoramic view of Pir Pinjal and Dhauladhar ranges. Also, major peaks, Indrasen, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba stand majestically before you.

Day3: Pandu Ropa to Vashist to Manali

4. Malana Chandrakhani Pass Trek

The Chandrakhani Pass located at a height of 12,190 ft offers spectacular views of the Pir Panjal and Parbati Range and the Deo Tibba Peak. The trail goes amidst the lush green meadows and forests of kullu valley and picturesque landscapes. In this trek you get to witness the Himalayan culture up close and personal when you visit the Malana Village. Explore the hidden secrets and the culture of the mystic Malana village.

Road map to the Malana Chandrakhani Pass Trek:

Day1: Arrive at Naggar, Start the trek from Naggar to Rumsu (4-5 hrs. Trek)

The picturesque Naggar valley set against a back drop of snow cladded mountain ranges, green fringes and gushing streams, the trail moves up to Rumsu amidst apple orchards.

Day2: Rumsu to Chiklani (5-6 hrs. Trek)

Explore the scenic beauty of the Kullu valley. Enjoy the breathtaking view of beautiful pine and oak forest, large area of rhododendrons.

Day3: Chiklani to Jari via Chandrakhani Pass and Malana (6-7 hrs. Trek)

Chandrakhani pass is one of the most serene passes. Here you can enjoy the splendid view of Bara Bangal range in the west, Pir Panjal to the north and Parvati in the east.

Malana, the little Greece

Stone roof houses, the majestic peak of Chandrakhani, a unique culture and bio diversity, remote location and ecology adds a mystic element to this village. The localities here believe they are descendants of Alexander which is why this village is called the little Greece. They believe in spirit of their God Jamlu. This is a unique experience in this trek.

5. Nag Tibba Trek

This trek is a perfect weekend gateway trek. The entire trek would get you up close and personal with the fragrance of nature, birds chirping and thick deodar forest.

Day 2: Nag Tibba Temple to Nag Tibba top and return down to Pantwari Village (4 hrs trek) and drive to Dehradun (5-6 hrs drive)

6. Kasol and Kheerganga Trek

Road map:

Day1: Barshaini to Kheerganga

Drive from Bhuntar to Barshani. After overnight stay at Barshani we start out trek towards kheerganga through the old and traditional villages of Parvati valley. Witness a hot spring at kheerganga. Overnight Camping at Kheerganga.

Day2: Kheerganga to Barshaini

The next day descent down to Barshaini and proceed towards Bhunter via the Tosh village which is located amidst the Tosh valley. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Himalayan village and surrounding.

7. Kuara Pass Trek

The splendid and grandeur view of Mt Nanda Devi, Mt Dronagiri, Mt Neelkanth and Mt Hathi Ghoda would teleport you into a fairy tale in Kuara Pass Trek. The trail amidst the Oak forest with sunshine peeping in is so beautiful that you would fall in love with this trek.

Day 1: Reach Joshimath which is a 10-12 hours drive from Haridwar.

Day 2: Drive from Haridwar to Dhak. Trek starts from Dhak (6,956 ft) to Guling (9,832) ft (5-6 hours trek).

Day 3: Guling (9,832) ft to Khullara (10,492 ft); 4-5 hours

Day 4: Khullara (10,492 ft) to Chitrakantha/Tali (11,031 ft) via Kuari Pass (12,516 ft); a 8 hours trek

Day 5: Chitrakantha/Tali (11,031 ft) to Auli (8,625 ft); 4-5 hours.

Day 6: Drive from Joshimath to Haridwar.

8. Markha Valley Trek

Markha valley Trek offers spectacular landscapes of Ladakh. Day2: Zinchen (11,090 feet) to Yurutse (13,520 feet), 5 km, 3-4 hours trek.

Day3: Yurutse (13,520 feet), to Skiu (11,160 feet), via Ganda La (15,748 feet), 25 km (approx.), 8 -9 hours trek

Day4: Skiu (11,160 feet) to Markha (12,369 feet), 20 km, 6 -7 hours trek

Day5: Markha (12,369 feet) to Thochuntse (13,165 feet), 13 km, 5 – 6 hours trek

Day6: Thochuntse (13,165 feet) to Nimaling (15518 feet), 6 – 7 km, 3 hours trek

Day7: Nimaling (15518 feet), to Shang Sumdo (12,237 feet), via Kongmaru la pass (17,060 feet), 16 to 18 km, 6 – 7 hours trek

9. Stok Kangri Trek

Day4: Mankorma (14200 ft.) to Base camp (16300 ft.)

Day5: Rest day

Day6: Base camp (16300 ft.) to Stok Kangri (20080 ft.) back to base camp

Day 7: Base camp to Leh

10. Valley of Flowers Trek

The rarest of rare flower, the blue Primula blooms in abundant hence the name “valley of flowers”. Myriads of flowers, a pristine glacial Lake, serene rivers and streams and breath Taking Mountain in the back drop makes this a very popular trek among beginners and trek enthusiasts.

Myriads of flowers sparkles this long stretch of valley. Then the Hemkund sahib which is a glacial lake at about 14,000 ft after a steep climb, the panoramic view which the trekkers get from up there is spectacular and refreshing.

Day1: Haridwar – Joshimath

The trek starts from GovindGhat amidst stone paved path to Ghangaria which is about 13 km and takes around 5 hours.

Day3: Ghangaria - Hemkund - Ghangaria 11km (Trek hours: 7) altitude: 14,100 ft.

Day4: Ghangaria - Valley of Flower – Ghangaria 10 km ; 6 -7 hours , altitude : 11,482 ft.

Day5: Ghangaria - GovindGhat – Badrinath- Joshimath

Day6: Joshimath- Haridwar
