I did booking for Bali from shoes on loose and I must say that the agency was very cooperative with us. They made sure that all the itinerary was included according to us, I tried many other travel agencies for bali tour but the shoes on loose package attracted us the most. Yes we did got some problems out there in Bali but as soon as we informed the agency at that moment only they solved the problem immediately through the watsapp group they created with Mr Nyoman (A very cooperative and patient person). The Villa and hotel selection was just perfect - The stay in the Kamandalu Villa Ubud was an experience in itself and they also decorated the Villa as per our request as it was our Brother's birthday and the Cake arranged as per the last minute request was too good and made us feel special.

A big big thanks to team shoes on loose who arranged a fantastic trip for Bali special thanks to Nyoman who supported in Bali and did all the things we needed and very cooperative and responsible person I was in Bali from 4th April to 10th both the resorts and private pool villa are awesomely beautiful and Zakia helped us with going through all the selections - I had to change the dates last minute and the SOL team seamlessly managed to change our dates with nominal charges and the hotels bookings were shifted free of cost. We had booked our Bali trip for 7 days in March 2018 and it was the best decision of ours that we chose 'shoes on loose'. It was a very well organized trip. We were on a tight budget but all our requirements were well understood patiently by Shaiq and he helped us come up with a very creative plan. A honeymoon worth remembering! I planned my honeymoon with shoesonloose in the month of July for Bali. I was little skeptical as this was my first experience with them and i must say... Overall a very satisfactory and enjoyable trip. I had very few days to cover Bali and Shoes on Loose made all the efforts to accommodate all my requests. The cab services for sightseeing and the local contact was very responsive and on time all the time. Drivers were courteous as well. If I have to find a fault, the only thing I can think of is the distance from the hotel to Seminyak and Kuta. But the property was amazing and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Thank you all for making it a memorable trip.

Visa is free on arrival in Bali for Indian citizens staying for less than 31 days and visiting for tourism purpose - You must have 6 months validity on your passport from the intended date of return . As travel managers are managing a lot of trips this small detail on your passport might get missed so be aware.
2. When should you reach airport?

Reach airport 3 hours prior to the departure of the flight & check the terminal in case the city of departure has multiple terminals . Make sure to do a web check-in before 48 hours prior to the departure to select your preferable seats & also recheck if any rescheduling of the flight is there or not.

Yes, they do. You just have to inform the hotel representative in advance at the time of check-in.
8. What will flower arrangement cover?

They mainly decorate the bath tub and the open area to give you a warm welcome. However, pool decoration may be chargeable extra.
9. Is the SPA organized at Villa only or somewhere else in Honeymoon pamper package?

If you take the Pamper package in the villa - Yes as part of the Honeymoon pamper package, the Spa for 60 min (couple spa) would be provided in the In-house Villa Spa. We do provide the spa outside also. If we provide the spa outside, we always mention the name of the SPA in the voucher.
10. Ideally how much overall Forex (cash/ currency card) to be carried based on the itinerary?

50 USD per day per couple to cover the basics - As per the international standards you need to carry this in USD or Local Indonesian Currency. If you are in Bali for 6 nights, you should carry 300 USD ideally. PS - Don't carry cash in Indian Currency to Bali as it is not an international currency there & the exchange rate you will get for Indian currency would be less. Moreover, You will have to pay the hefty commission of 20-30% to get Indian currency exchanged in Bali ( A good way to identify this PT. mentioned in the beginning of the money changers name and also the exchange rate mentioned is not very lucrative in these money changers.)
11. Does the provided SIM has enabled internet data facility as well?

We provide a blank sim which you will have to get it recharged for 10$. In the 10$ recharge, you get 1 GB data and talk time of around 50 local minutes.
12. Is carrying any generic medicines to Bali is a concern to the Airport authorities ?

The Bali airport authority is very strict about medicines and food being brought into Bali. So, we recommend you to carry the prescription for all medicines you are carrying in clear handwritten prescription by a govt doctor.
13. What all activities to do on a leisure day?

There are many options like you can take a 2 wheeler and go for a spin around the beautiful landscapes of Bali, enjoy the day at waterbom water-park, indulge in shopping, or enjoy the famous clubs in Bali.
14. What are the passport requirement for Bali?

You should have a valid passport issued by the government of India, not expiring before the period of six months from the date of the beginning of your trip.
15. Is Indian food available in Bali ?

Yes Indian food is available in Bali. Most of the good restaurant they have both veg and non veg options and prices are also reasonable. Some of the famous restaurants are The Queens , Indian Dhaba, Gateway Of India, Warung Little India and many other.
16. What clothing should I carry in Bali ?

You must carry flip flops and light cotton clothes. We would recommended a light sweat shirt in the evenings in case you're driving a motor bike or cycle. Sarongs are required while visiting any temple. You can keep a waterproof jacket if you're planning to travel between November - February as quick and heavy showers may occur anytime.
17. Do I need any immunizations before arriving to Bali ?

There are no immunizations as such required before entering Bali.
