Shoes on loose made the trip memorable for my whole family. It was absolutely well suited for our requirements and likes. The accomodations were awesome and everyone in associated with our trip were quite courteous and helpful. I would definitely love to go back on a trip with them and I've already recommended to my friends.

While this was my first time with Shoes on Loose, I had some one very experienced helping me out with my queries. Jyoti was more than accomodating to help me choose what I wanted, a semi customized package, suiting my budget constraints and she went above & beyond to provide such a tailor made option. The hotel option we ended up getting was a good one as well, we were upgraded at the last minute to Parc Sovereign Hotel (Deluxe room), which was a delight. However, the room service team was not very quick in meeting our needs, and we had to send a couple of reminders to front desk to get small small things done. Basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste were not provided. Below sub standard hair dryer was provided. Also, there wasn't any thing to watch on cable, barely 10 channels and not even one proper Hindi Channel or a proper English channel. This kind of ruined our experience as the only thing we could watch was the news. Even there were continuous connectivity ssues with Wifi in the room. Apart from this, everything else went well. Our tour guide for the first day to Night Safari was very much friendly and helpful. He also waited for the other couples to come into the bus, likewise, was helpful in suggesting a number of eateries. However on the second day, the person assigned to pick us was very rude. Being on time is something that is strictly followed out in Singapore, but there is a way to communicate that to your customers, especially those visiting for the first time. He made it seem like he was doing us a favor by waiting for us, and that was something that did not sit well with us. On the whole, the trip was fun, though every one was on alert because of the Corona Virus situation. Recommended places to see would be the Marina bay sand (skydeck), Sentosa (we missed out on the cable ride experience due to a maintenance which was happening that particular day), Gardens by the bay. We missed out on a few other places like Universal Studios, Jurong bird park, though we hope to cover these places in our next visit.
